This is a picture of my grandmother and grandfather. I never met my grandfather as he died when my father was ten. But my grandmother I knew. She passed away in 2001, a month after my first child was born.
I loved my grandma so much and I miss her a lot.
My cousin put this picture up on his facebook. I'd never seen it before.
Looking at it makes me very, very happy.

The picture is so natural, the couple not posing especially - but happy looking indeed! The sepia highlights the look of an earlier era so well. I use sepia to edit the many scanned pictures from the family past, and it adds a warmth to the old B&W photos...
